Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

The sale assistant will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences on a daily basis
He/she must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and assisting them with any queries.
Ensuring the store’s stock is constantly replenished.
Helping other staff with deliveries.
Keeping up to date with the features and benefits of each product.
Managing customer transactions.
Helping to persuade customers to make a purchase.
Retain existing customers by providing excellent and prompt customer services.
Resolves customer’s complaints questions and issues.
Maintains store’s cleanliness.

Requirements

Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a restaurant or confectionery
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer care service; ability to access customers needs and provide a positive customer experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
