George Houston Resources Limited - Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales staff and coordinating several sales activities, will supervise and motivate the sales team, and implement appropriate strategies to improve sales.
The sales supervisor will coordinate daily sales activities, and assist customers and staff during business hours.

Responsibilities

Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing sales.
Organize and coordinate activities of sales representatives.
Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
Implement strategies to sell products.
Retain existing customers by providing excellent and prompt customer services.
Feedback to the management on competitors, activities, market situations and customer’s complaint.
Resolves customer’s complaints questions and issues.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Maintains store’s cleanliness.

Requirements

Minimum of HND or B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a restaurant or confectionery
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer care service; ability to access customers needs and provide a positive customer experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
