We leverage our expertise and strategic alliances to support investors. Our proposition is based on a deep understanding of the Real estate Sector. We work with prospects, investors, to support their dream of owning a property to strategically become home/property owners and the likes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos (Agege, Abule Egba, Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ilupeju, Maryland, Lekki Ajah axis and its environs)
Job type: Full Time

Duties

• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Coordinating team members to attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, in order to advertise our services,
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing sales goals for the team in line with company’s policy and ensuring they are met
• Helping team members develop their sales skills.

Requirements of the Role

• HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Candidates must be commission focused person
• Must be a key/team player
• Must be vast in strategizing.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Strong creative outlook.
• Nysc discharge/exemption certificate
• Must be 25 years and above
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in real estate sector
• Professional qualification in real estate an added advantage
• Candidate must be resident in Lagos central.
