Giantability Media Network is a Christian organization that hosts Livinghope Christian International Magazine, which is published bi-monthly in the electronic and hardcopy format.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Event Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Collaborates and negotiates with event companies for coverage of corporate events such as Weddings, conferences, movie premier, award events etc.
Builds relationships with media agencies, customers and prospective advertisers on a one-to-one basis.
Plans events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Comes up with suggestions to enhance the success of events and amplifies brand visibility
Liaises with clients to find out event requirements with a view to satisfying their needs.
Manages, negotiate contracts, coordinate suppliers and all events deliverables.
Prepares budgets and ensures adherence
Presents post-event evaluation to inform future events planning
Lead promotional activities for all events
Ensures the success smoothly, and steps up to resolve any unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications

Must possess minimum of a B.Sc in Marketing, or any other related field is preferred
At least 4 years ’progressive experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing and print
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence customers.
Must be creative and innovative
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects
A female is preferred for this position
