We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: QA/QC Field Specialist

Location: Lagos
Reporting To: NMD Management Lead
Job Type: Full time

Role Purpose

• This role will be responsible for assisting NMD Management lead in the post metering resolution in the respective Business Units; managing the BU team activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality checks of NMD field metering activities for the Business Units.
• Part responsibility for commercial loss reduction as related to metering.
• Prepare Weekly plans based on quality oversights, exception escalations.
• Ensure investigation of customer metering complaints assigned and providing technical comments on various investigations.
• Ensure the resolution of all technical and non-technical issues relating to the customer metering/complaint within 72 hours of escalation
• Overall responsibility and control for the quality of metering.
• Weekly Performance reporting.
• Monthly performance appraisal presentation.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance by the subcontractors/MSPs/MAPs/NMD reps at the various BUs.
• Responsible for the collation and evaluation of the survey/installation quality.
• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality standards on all metering initiatives.
• Check for consistency in survey/installation and reporting.
• Manages and develops the productivity and capacity of other team members.
• Comply with Quality Management System / Occupation Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the Head metering or other superior officers in line with agreed work process or SLAs

Minimum qualifications

• First degree in Social Science/ Engineering
• Requires 5 - 7 years post qualification experience
