Dahksn has been operating in business sectors such as Real Estate by identifying the needs of its clients. In line with this, Dahksn has continued to search out new opportunities for various clients to enable them own their dream houses or invest in properties.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• Prepare and manage a marketing plan for Real Estate.
• Market our services to our target market and close sale
• Constantly build a prospect list.
• Organise sales visit/Inspection.
• Review sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records
• Help create and promote the overall brand identity of company
• Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
• Identify potential markets and test them extensively
• Provide updated status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects

Qualification & Experience

• Candidate with a minimum of OND, HND & B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration and other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing and Sales of properties.
• Good personality and communication skills.
• Target and rsult oriented.

Renumeration
Salary and Sales commissions are attractive.
