Sarabel Logistics and Security Services Limited is ‎based in Anthony Village Lagos and provides security guard services for homes, offices, Schools and various companies.

Our clients are in the oil and gas, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, aviation, logistics and commercial sectors, as well as government organizations, in particular companies that operate in environment where their people, assets and reputation are at risk. Sarabel provides solutions that enable its clients to understand, manage and mitigate risks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager (Male)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with clients on all security matters/service delivery
• Ensuring free flow of operating activities at all levels
• Coordinating the affairs of operational team
• Exploring new and maintaining existing contracts
• Updating management on operational matters as it affects the company and the entire workforce
• Ensuring operations team are meeting up with their daily targets
• Ensuring uninterrupted communication and information flow within the operations department team and other departments
• Identifying new business for the company
• Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management.
• Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
• Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration/Management or any other related discipline
• Relevant professional certifications in Industrial Security
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Previous working experience in a related organization
• Age bracket between 30-50 years
• Good oral and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management.
• Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
• Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.
• Able to resume work in short notice.
