We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Officer

Location: Rivers

Details

• Experience working with Accounting software such as SAGE, Peachtree, etc.
• Prepare payment vouchers attaching relevant documents and forward same to departmental Head for authorization.
• Ensure thorough verification of all quotations, purchase orders and invoices to ascertain accuracy before initiating payment request.
• Reconcile all clients/contractors/suppliers accounts for accuracy with invoices, items supplied/services rendered and remittance advice.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements of all the company’s bank accounts and forward same to direct report.
• Manage petty cash transaction and report spending trends to Supervisor.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions in the company's automated financial systems.
• Handle general account queries with utmost secrecy.
• Accurately track companies expenses and give monthly reports to Supervisor.
