Job Title: Customer Care Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responding promptly to customers inquiries
• Communicating with customer through various channel
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
• Managing a team of Junior customer service representative.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Maintaining a positive ,empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
• Processing orders,forms ,applications on request.

Requirements

• Ability to stay calm when customer are stressed or upset.
• B.Sc or HND in any related discipline.
