Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Our client is seeking to engage an HR Business Partner to sit-in on their site (on the Island) to execute an HR Consulting intervention.

Responsibilities

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity & retention
Provide advice and recommendations to management for resolution of daily issues
Formulate practical plans to address human resources matters.
Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Assist in the development and integration of policies
Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Personnel
Experience in a consulting firm would be an advantage
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage classified information
Computer savvy with a working knowledge of human resource Information Technology
Excellent Communication and Administrative skills.
