Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Lagos

Description

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic female Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
• Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
• You will involve in scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to clients, having researched their business and requirements.
• You will be required to work on sales follow-up activities.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Female
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and in CRM software
• Comfortable using internet technologies.
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• HND/B.Sc/B.A in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• own a PC and a Smartphone, and must be technologically savvy.
• Proximity to Lagos mainland is an added advantage.

Benefits

• N30,000/month + commission.
