We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Manage the team of customer service representatives
Provide guidance and feedback to customer service representatives
Quality assurance
Ensure adequate motivation of the customer service team
Interview potential customer service representatives.
Ensure proper performance management of the customer service team
Develop Training and Development Plans
Handle escalated customer complaints

Important Skills:

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Tech Savvy
Customer focused
Expert product/service and job knowledge
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Creative thinking
Dependability
Clear communicator
Multi-tasking
Organised.

Specifications

First Degree in a related discipline with minimum Second Class Lower Division.
Must have an evidence of NYSC completion
Minimum Two years continuous experience in a customer service lead role in a related financial services/loan company
Must be experienced in the use of CRMs
Must have proven work experience in all existing channels of customer service
Customer service certifications is a plus
Team Management Experience.
Candidates must reside in Lagos.

I took a loan of #2,500 on 7th December 2019, which was due on 14th for repayment. But on 13th of same December 2019, i repaid back via bank transfer. On 17th December, because i had money on the same account i linked to your system , another debit of #2,626, was made on my account in regard to the same loan. Please kindly return my #2,626 which was deducted by your system. It will be in your own interest to so do. I'll also forward you with the screenshots of the whole transactions. Thanks Solomon OGUH.

I made a payment for my loans be for due date which is on 22/02/2020 and after I was successful paid and unfortunately the next day which is on 23/02/2020 I was debited again d same amount I have paid for my loans. Please I want d money to be repaid immediately
