MastermindsHRSG Consulting Limited - Our client is in the business of Agro products aggregation and processing into Household and catering consumer products with factory located in Ilara village in Epe, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Market/Business Development Officer

Locations: Lagos and Owerri - Imo

Core Responsibilities

• They will be responsible for embedding the products in the markets with key focus on relevant customer targets
• Prospecting for distributors, development and management of such distributors, driving assigned targets and ensuring prompt payments by customers within coverage area.
• They will also be responsible for key channel and retail development i.e. supermarkets and neighborhoods stores, hotels and catering outlets, open market and neighborhood retail outlets.
• Candidates must have excellent knowledge of the food industry particularly the dynamics and value propositions of our key competitors.
• Our ideal candidate is the one that knows how to overcome a sales objection to achieve results, who wants to make the next call even when days target has been achieved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field of study.
• 2-3 years working experience in a food processing firm.
• Excellent communication skills.

Starting Salary

• N50,000 per month plus target based reward.
