Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings formerly known as TECNO Telecom Limited, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Carlcare Development has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix alongside with our Electronic appliance department (SYINIX) and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a high-performing individual who will oversee and manage the e-commerce department of the company with a significant online presence.
• He/she will also be responsible for the research and development of new online marketing strategies while also building and training the rest of the ecommerce division.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement online plan and strategies
• Support the marketing team to implement Marketing campaigns
• Implement and follow the communications plan.
• Track and monitor SEO and SEM campaigns
• Manage KOLs and influencer activities for every campaign
• Manage media parley’s for the brand
• Collate and manage Ecommerce product promotions on Jumia (Competitors report)
• Manage Infinix seller centres on Jumia
• Manage pricing structure on the sellers centre
• Monitor sales and prices for all Infinix products online
• Manage product launches on seller centre disseminating information to partners
• Liaise directly with Vendors on the seller centre (E.g offline stores selling online)
• Track sales performance from google advertising

Experience & Qualifications

• Must have experience in Marketing or public relations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Information Technology/ Computer Science
• Master's degree in Marketing/ Computer Science/ Information Technology
• Must have at least 3-5 years in similar field

• Expert communication skills, both verbal as well as written
• Creative with a strategic mind set
• Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
• Professional attitude with clients as well as colleagues
• Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight
• Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce
• Knowledge of database creation and management
• Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues
