Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Description

Our client seeks to employ a personable, dynamic, self - driven, innovative and hardworking individual as its Sales Manager
The successful candidates will be responsible for growing the company’s customer base significantly and ensuring customer retention.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying and prospecting for new businesses for the organization through researching, evaluation and analysing of the prospective client’s position in the industry.
Manage and grow existing customer patronage.
Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads and opportunities.
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels.
Cooperate with other departments in the organization to create an exceptional client experience by communicating client’s’ requirements effectively and timely.
Provide management with accurate sales reports.
Develop and maintain Customer database.
Trains other sales personnel in the art of selling.
Ensure that all the sales team meet or surpass their sales target.
Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product.
Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
Make Sales presentation and pitches.

Experience and Qualifications

A good Degree in Business Administration or any Social Science.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Sales and marketing particularly in Port Harcourt and Lagos.
Proven ability to achieve sales target.
Proficient in the use of MS Office.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Willing to travel regularly
Result Oriented
Age: 25-40 years
Candidates must be resident in either of the two States.
