Job Title: Medical Doctor

Location: Lagos

Key Performance Area
Core, essential responsibilities/outputs of the position (KPA’s):

Role Complexity:

• Clients inquiry and complaint management
• Utilization tracking
• Supervision of Claims Management Process
• Management of providers network
• Quality monitoring
• Sensitization and health talks.

Task Complexity:

• Approve and disapprove vetted claims
• Sensitization of enrollees and providers
• Update network of providers
• Maintain and analyze quality assurance documents and records in an up to date manner.
• Represent the organization at relevant forums organized by NHIS clients
• Present health talks to organizations
• Liaising with providers to ensure implementation of designated data management protocols including utilization and claims data collation and reporting.
• Weekly review of departmental records to ensure conformity to ISO standards
• Prepare leaflets on health topics to promote wellness among enrollees.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess Pre-requisite HMO experience.
