Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

The Manager oversee the entire operations of the restaurant

Job Description

Maintain overall quality and service standards.
Follow up on management team shift control issues
Ensure that Health & Safe working practices are adhered to at all times
Financial planning
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Develop budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
Keep regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness
Respond to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
Must possess excellent leadership qualities

Requirements

Minimum qualification- B.Sc. or HND in a related field
5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
