We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representatives Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for an experienced, well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking/relentless, trustworthy and result driven Sales Coordinator to manage our team of sales representative to grow our market share
• The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping records, schedules, providing feedback, documentation and information and providing the team with effective sales tips.
• The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information – Such as Guarantor’s details, Referees details and other documentations regarding their identifications.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform sales reps of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies by making your research on where to sell and not to sell products.
• Build a database for the sales reps, elicit their guarantors and referees details, verify and confirm every given information with regards themselves and their guarantors and referees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in any field. (a qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines may be an advantage)
• You MUST provide Valid Referee and Guarantor.
• 4-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing Team coordination/Management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• A team player with high level of dedication.
• Proficiency in English
• Must be Lagos Resident.
