Pinnah Foods Limited (The Ice Cream Factory & Yin Yang Express) is a restaurant chain with 6 outlets operating in the city of Lagos and we are currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to to join our vibrant team in the position below:

Job Responsibilities

• Decorate and write on cakes.
• Ensure the proper mixing, baking and preparation of menu items according to specified recipes and guidelines.
• Preparation of cakes, other baked goods, desserts and other restaurant orders in line with given standards.
• Ensure the compliance of kitchen staff with laid down policies & procedures
• Supervise the activities of other kitchen staff.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene within the kitchen.

Skills & Requirements

• Creativity and artistic ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in decorating with whipped cream, cream cheese icing and butter icing.
• Basic mathematical skills for working with weights and measures.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum of Secondary School leaving Certificate (OND preferable)
