We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Descriptions

• Manage the Change and Configuration function to ensure great customer service and protection of production environments
• Manage the change, release, configuration and asset management disciplines, ensure effective and coordinated set of IT processes across all business IT segments
• Monitor and manage performance of Configuration and Asset Management for effective and remedy deficiencies
• Ensure planned changes are properly represented detailed Request For Change tickets (RFC) and adherence to the change management process
• Ensure changes are properly assessed, approved and released successfully into the live IT environment based on the ITIL principles
• Coordinate all activities during the problem life-cycle(after action reviews, RCA development, problem ticket/task updates and PM ticket closure) to prevent re occurrence
• Assist with risk and impact assessment prior to change implementation to ensure minimize business impact of planned changes
• Issue change schedules and liaises with relevant parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
• Review implemented changes to ensure they met their objectives; review back out and failed change records to determine trends
• Develop and track KPI’s and other reports specific to the Change Management process

Job Requirements

• Use of Apache Hadoop or Apache Spark (preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL database/Coding - write and execute complex queri
• Skilled in Machine Learning/AI - Supervised machine learning, Unsupervised machine learning, Decision Tree, Time series, Natural language processing, Outlier detection,
• Computer vision, Recommendation engines, Survival analysis, Reinforcement learning,
• Adversarial learning & Neural
