Job Title: Business Performance Analyst

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Contract Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Performance Analyst to join our growing organisation.
As a Business Performance Analyst, you will analyse the performance of our portfolio businesses, extract data, synthesise into reports and draw out insights to inform ongoing business growth.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Liaise with clients to understand and codify their internal operations
Identify sources of performance data, extract the data and synthesise into insightful performance reports
Create and communicate weekly ongoing performance reports for clients
Create growth models for client proposals
Set up Business Intelligence tools for live performance tracking, reporting and dashboarding
Must be familiar with web and app analytics tools

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence analyst or similar role
Minimum BSc Degree in Mathematics, Sciences or related subjects
Background in statistical analysis is a plus
Excellent proficiency in Excel
Good understanding of marketing and business performance metrics
Excellent multitasking skills, and keeping to deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Self-Motivated
Creative Problem-Solving Skills

Remuneration
Net Annual Salary (NGN) 1,800,000
