An International Design build and development company needs a registered project architects to fill vacant positions below in its Ecowas head office:

Job Title: Architect and Construction Manager

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have a minimum 10 years experience in diversified construction documentation and project management.

Candidates must have the abilities in the following areas:

Site feasibility studies.
Determine sustainable principles to apply to design of diversified Architectural and planning projects.
Ability to integrate programs and building systems.
Evaluate and prepare construction documentation of building and site.
Integrate technical knowledge and information to refine a design.
Integrate materials and building systems to meet project design requirement.
Translating design decisions into construction documentation.
Interpret multiple building codes and regulations.
Apply multiple international building, civil, electrical mechanical and plumbing codes.
Ability to write and coordinate specifications with construction documentation.
Ability to direct and work with multiple consultants.
Experienced in Sustainable building design and construction.
Must have portfolios of projects with your recent resume with strong educational background.
Minimum of HND or a B.Architecture or M.Architecture and registration.
Proficient in Architecture and Engineering System and Knowledge.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Adobe editing system.
Excellent use of Architectural/Engineering Software's (i.e SACS, STAADPro, Tekla, Orion, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Ms Office Nemetschek Allplan and MS project.
