A leading Private Security Company operating across Nigeria for over 15 years is currently seeking to expand its operations and requires the services of motivated and goal driven individuals to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: National Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

Master's degree in Social or Management Sciences
Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in security business operations whilst working across Nigeria’s six Geo-political zones
Must have experience within security service industry (including military, paramilitary or private security services), with at least five (5) years in a senior managerial role
Ability to conduct risk/threat assessments and develop measures to mitigate identified risks
Demonstrated entry-level or mid-Level executive management leadership experience.
Ability to recognize issues and develop resolutions.
Ability to coordinate proactive and effective responses in a high stressed environment
Knowledge of principles of intelligence and investigations.
Knowledge of budget process and business planning Applicant must be versatile with operations and business development.
Candidate must be willing to work anywhere in Nigeria.
Age limit is between 30-50 years.
