Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to recruit an Administrative Officer responsible to provide administrative support for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management,
• Organizing company records,
• Roster scheduling,
• Budget and office reporting,
• Invoicing and customer service
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
• Manages the maintenance and repair of equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
  

Requirements

• Application open to Female only.
• Possess a Higher Diploma, Bachelor's degree or their equivalent
• Must not be above 30 years of age
• Must have not more than 3 years Post NYSC experience
• Additional knowledge of HR and Recruitment processes are an advantage
• Application open to only Lagos Only resident
• Residential proximity within/to the Island would be given priority
