We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Multi-Discipline QA/QC Engineer

Description

• Review the ITPs and provide quality assurance/control on the aspect of the activities in question and provide recommendation accordingly
• Review and interpret all the relevant codes and standards accordingly as its affect the project execution plan,
• Participate in conduct of pre-mob inspections on project resources (materials and equipment) and make recommendation accordingly
• General knowledge of the total scope of project work and functions of all the various inspection requirements and plan with the COMPANY QA/QC Lead.
• Conduct spot check/assessment on all the project contractors and prepare report with recommendations
• Analyze all the project Non-conformance, Audit findings and improvement suggestions and ensure timely closure of any outstanding
• Review all report generated by the inspectors and collate them for COMPANY QA/QC Lead for subsequent actions.
• Build good relationship between all the Inspectors and ensure timely delivery of discipline reports on weekly basis or as project demand.
• Develop project specific assessment and conduct these site assessments accordingly.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• HND or BSc /B.Eng Degree - Engineering
• Professional Experience (number of years): Minimum of Fifteen (15) years and above in EPCIC project Execution, with sound project background within Oil & Gas industry.
• Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2008 or preferably ISO 9001:2015
• Experience on Engineering and construction as well as maintenance works in oil & gas field.

Minimum Professional Certification(S):

• Member Nigerian Society of Engineer or COREN and other international bodies,
• Sound knowledge in Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction/Installation and commissioning,
• Very conversant with all relevant codes and standards applicable to Oil & Gas industry project execution and maintenance,

General Requirements:

• Team player and smart thinker
• A self-Started with less supervision on what to do
• Ability to interpret Code and standards accordingly and apply them,
• Knowledge of recovery plan in terms of delay in delivering quality deliverables,
• Ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company.
• Ability to work under pressure and still maintain sanity.
• Good physical condition, requires walking, climbing, and tolerance to environmental conditions
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate in equipment supplier’s language.
