Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Main Purpose

As a salesperson with us, you will invariably be working for a leading and top automobile brand that represents the major manufacturer and the most sold car in the world.
You will be charged with the task of working with customers to understand their needs, guide them towards the most appropriate product and finally, agree the sale to claim your commission.

Job Description

To sell and promote the sale of all new vehicles, Repairs and other Auto services.
Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Achieving individual sales goals and customer service goals.
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
To always be prepared to receive and process new customer enquiries (via telephone, walk-in, social media, website and email)
To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range.
To achieve new vehicle sales targets.
To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in the monthly customer satisfaction analysis
To ensure all customers are handled with “Family-like” Care
Record new sales enquiries along with all sales activity in the appropriate sales control/dealer marketing system
Offer/carry out a vehicle demonstration drive with all new customer enquiries
To maintain a high level of product knowledge along with a detailed understanding of all current dealer and manufacturer marketing programmes

Who are you?

You are a female or male with an unfulfilled competitive streak and you want to be the best Sales person in the Industry?
You understand the better you serve people the more income you generate.

The person:

Graduates with any relevant discipline
Minimum of Three years of sales experience.
Experience in automobile sales is desirable.
Possess good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality
Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standard
Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude

Remuneration
Very attractive and a record breaking industry remuneration package.
