Inguest Global Partners Limited  - Our client is a leading legal IT Research Tools provider whose existence serves to help Lawyers, Judges, and Law firms make the most of their legal practice through the provision of cutting edge IT Solutions for the Legal Industry.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Functions

• Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Maintain all record books of account documents and records.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Manage office petty cash.
• Handle simple tax function e.g. remittance of PAYE and Pension.
• File all accounting records appropriately.
• Acts as an effective backup for Head of Accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• ATS Certification will be an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Professional, able to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior
