Job overview

• The Front Desk Officer coordinates all front office activities of the organisation, creating a positive impression among visitors and projecting the image of the brand at all times.

About this position

• Upon selection, you will serve as the link between the various departments of the organisation and visitors. The nature of your job will make you the first point of contact for visitors and we trust that you will explore such avenues to promote Aquarian Consult's corporate philosophy and what we stand for.

What you will do
You will be required to:

• Welcome clients with courtesy and guide them appropriately towards getting the right support from the organisation.
• Manage the company's designated phone number and emails, providing clarification to clients, forwarding calls and emails appropriately.
• Guide visitors appropriately to meeting venues
• Ensure that visitors are not kept waiting without being attended to.
• Manage appropriate records of visitors to the organisation, including maintaining a call log.
• Implementing any other function as assigned.

The type of talent we seek
You should be:

• Fluent in English language (speaking/reading/writing).
• A polytechnic graduate
• An organised and courteous person.
• Proficient in the use of computer and the internet
• A career-focused person with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
