Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our Marketing Unit.
• The person will manage the strategic and tactical direction of our online and offline marketing efforts to drive growth targets through strategic partnerships, data-driven marketing, demand generation campaigns, and service positioning.

Main Tasks

• Overseeing implementation of all online and offline marketing strategy as well as guiding and supervising day-to-day activities of marketing team.
• Leading strategic decision making related to developing new partnerships and managing existing partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders.
• Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players and identify new areas of opportunity for increasing revenues.
• Managing the marketing budget and allocating /investing funds wisely.

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational level of B.Sc./HND in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, Estate Management
• At least 2 years' managerial experience in core marketing and sale of Facility Management services and/or Real estate leases or sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Professional certification in digital marketing (added advantage).

• The fixed salary, commission on sales and other benefits are very attractive!
