WaterNowNow is a newly established FMCG company that has carved a niche in partnering with the best manufacturers of safe, reliable and affordable drinking water to distribute in a timely and cost effective manner to homes and offices both for retail and wholesale purposes.

We are currently seeking to recruit for immediate employment; experienced, self-motivated and success driven individuals in the position below:

Job Summary

• The candidate in this role must provide business leadership for the sales team to achieve the sales volume and distribution goals, through implementing the sales and marketing plan towards the achievement of the companys strategic business plan.

Main Tasks

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy and plan.
• Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
• Identify, nurture and harness new business opportunities to grow market shares through monitoring trend and development in market place.
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales force.

Requirements

• First degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years experience in FMCG sector preferably in the Drinks/Beverage/Water distribution section; with a minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role with proven records of achievements.
• Highly analytical and a Strategic thinker
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Target oriented, self-motivated and a goal getter.
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
