Owens & Xley Consults - Our client, a premium Women's Wear Fashion brand located in Ikoyi, Lagos State, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the operations of the store
Responsible for managing employees
Prepare and send report to the Creative Director
Schedule appointments for clients
Respond to all enquiries via phone and email
Manage the facility
Create and post on social media channels
Work with the production manager to monitor store inventory
Work with the Creative Director to develop and manage sales campaigns
Responsible for managing customers
Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance e.g tax
Manage the website
Prepare and circulate newsletters
Supervise all staff
Document all new orders
Hold staff meetings
Ensure staff compliance with company’s policies

Educational Qualification

B.Sc in any related discipline

Experience:

3+ years experience as an head of operations is required
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people.
Digital marketing skills
Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
High level of professionalism
Exceptional leadership skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a fast pace environment
High proficiency in MS Office Suite
Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
Good initiative, time and stress management skills

Work Conditions

May be required to work overtime
Job Type: Full time

Renumeration

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
