We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR/Admin Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Prepare and conduct new employee orientation
• Maintains and develops a human resources system that meets HR Manager needs
• Prepares and plans the reports and recommends the producers to reduce absenteeism and turnover
• Follow up and in charge the attendance record, annual leave and other leave of staffs
• Update the labor law frequently
• Settle the labor relations, labor disputes, disciplines, implementation of personal transaction such as rules and termination
• Maintains and manages organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program, conduction and analyzing exit interviews
• Ensure all announcements, policies, regulations of the office to be delivered to all staff on time and implemented by them properly
• Support and manage the office for any administrative procedures.
• Be in charge of managing all office facilities maintenance.
• Good Communication Skills
• Must be able to work Independently
• Manage HR documents and Maintain Personnel Records

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc in Human Relation or any related course
• Minimum of 3 years Relevant Experience in a Related Field.
