Westfield Consulting Limited - Our client, a Fintech organization is looking for qualified candidate to build and preserve trusting relationships with customers in the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

She/he will be responsible for designing ways and strategy to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image

Responsibilities

Building positive relationships with customers
Assisting with generating new business
Identifying opportunities for greater profits
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Requirements

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager in a financial organization preferably a fintech or commercial Banks
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Teamwork and leadership skills
Customer-oriented mindset
B.Sc /BA in Business Administration or similar field

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: N100,000 - N140,000/Month
HMO
Pension
