Busy Minds Consult is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: StoreKeeper

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock items.
Ensure goods received correspond with invoices.
Perform in conjunction with supervisor’s physical weekly inventory of all food and consumables.
Prepare weekly stock report detailing consumptions and costs.
Physical checks of all goods supplied to avoid substandard goods.
Liaise with finance department over any irregularities.
Ensure all records are archived and retained as instructed by line manager.
Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Education and Qualifications

Certificate in Microbiology, Health Science, Stock control or in any related field
Proficient in various computer applications
Certification in HACCP/HSE Certification.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role or must have worked as a Hygiene Officer.
Competent in stock control of varying line items.
Experience with stock control programs.

Salary
N150,000/month.
