Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Position Overview
Candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

Coordination of all security operations for the company
Development and Implementation of international standard manuals and security processes
Development, supervision & implementation of comprehensive training processes, procedures & guidelines

Educational Qualifications/Experience

Degree in any field
8 years industrial security experience or 10years armed forces experience

Requirements:

Good knowledge of security operations
Strong Leadership skills
Relationship Management
Strong Problem solving skills
Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively
