Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We wish to employ an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador who will be bold enough to represent us and be the voice and face of our brand.

Responsibilities

Quickly familiarize with our organization's vision, mission and goals.
Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Educating distributors, retailers and customers about our products and services.
Creating website and social media contents so as to drive brand awareness as well as attract new customers.
Building rapport with customers and vendors.
Monitoring customers' feedback and should be able to escalate complaints to the marketing department.
Tracking customer preferences, media campaigns and metrics.
Representing the organization at product launches, trade shows as well as events.
Sharing the experience and participating in training and workshops.
Maintaining a positive image of the company and our brand at all times.

Requirements

First Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
Prior experience in a customer service and branding environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Experience in using social media tools and platforms.
Adaptable and have ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to travel.
