Job Description

• We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations; planning, implementing and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, with experience in marketing, art direction, content creation and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Job Description

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• Core expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn advertising and Google display and search ads.
• Ability to create and manage social media pages.
• Ability to drive valuable conversation on all social media platforms.
• Ability to lead marketing team to exceed sale targets.
• Strong knowledge of SEO.
• Experience in email marketing.
• Ability to build landing pages.
• Ability to run campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google with retargeting tools.
• Ability to use Google analytics.
• Ability to use WordPress
• Skill in CSS is an added advantage.
