Job Description

• The company is looking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled Management Services/HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the company's human resource operations
• This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate looking for something challenging and where they can genuinely make an impact on the running of the firm and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• This will Include collaborating with the Executive Directors, other Departments and subsidiaries to develop strategic policies and procedures, training and development programmes, workforce planning and Recruitment processes, organisational risk assessment and management planning and other related activities.

Qualifications

• The Individual must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• 3-5 years minimum work experience with a proven track record as HR and Business Management Manager in private sector or public institutions
• He/she must be able to demonstrate strong management skills, first class communication and leadership skills.

Salary

• Negotiable.
