All of these are communicated by regular reports to clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Patrol Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• The patrol supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all contract activities that take place at the work site, ensuring high standards of safety, workmanship, efficiency and maximizing profitability.

Job Roles
The job roles of the Patrol Supervisor include but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate all labour, equipment and material resource requirements needed at client sites.
• Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting same to relevant authority
• Provide support to other guards working at client site.
• Carryout patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.
• Carryout patrols to allotted locations and conducting physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessary updates.
• Monitor the daily occurrence book (DOB) and the attendance register.
• Ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondence
• Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, survey and clients report)
• Daily update of time sheet in the beats and prompt of same to the Accounts department.
• Build excellent client relationship between the Company and the clients
• Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, survey and clients report)
• Engage in revenue drive, collection of cheques/cash from clients and depositing same within 12hours in the Company’s account.
• Prepare financial and other departmental reports of preceding month and submit to HOD on or before the 3rd of the following month.
• Efficient management of corporate and individual client accounts
• Participate in marketing the Company’s services to prospective clients
• Attend to client’s complaints with timely interventions

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of any discipline or its equivalent. An NCE or Diploma holder with requisite experience in private security company
• Possess a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in private security company as a patrol supervisor, Beat Head etc
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (in all forms, including written and oral).
• Be result oriented, self-motivated and with a positive attitude to work.
• Have the ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and presence, enabling him to interact and deal with employees effectively.
• Portray strong leadership style and be easily approachable by employees at all levels.
• An active team player.
• Applicant MUST be resident in Ibadan.
