Job Title: Java EE/Spring Senior Developer

Job Description

• Deliver the training curriculum.
• Manage a weekly feedback loop for continuous improvement within an Agile learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies, as well as tools and methodology to prepare the DecaDevs for the work environment.
• Evaluate the performance of the students by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Java EE / Spring Framework. 
• Knowledge of Design Pattern/S.O.L.I.D principles.
• Knowledge of Automated testing.
• Experienced with Git Workflow.
• Knowledge of Database Management System e.g. MySQL or Oracle.
• Prior experience deploying Java Enterprise applications.
• Passionate about teaching and education.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.
