Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• You will be responsible for effectively coordinating a complex and ever changing calendar of meetings, travel, and events as would a personal concierge
• The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, self-sufficient, and extremely organized
• Additionally, he or she must have an excellent judgment to properly prioritize multiple and potentially competing for requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility will be to support the MD's business and personal calendar, administrative tasks, and making his days run smoothly.
• Timely and accurate coordination of internal and external meetings, including logistical details, communication, and follow-up, ensuring no detail overlooked
• Coordinate travel arrangements both domestic and international, requiring an understanding of all aspects of the itinerary, including personal preferences with restaurants, amenities, and other activities.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ year Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
