Job Description

• Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Directing visitors to the appropriate person/office
• Responding to and referring inquiries
• Maintaining a safe and clean reception area
• Receiving daily mail.

Requirements

• ND, HND, Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
• Two to five years of experience
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
