Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced marketing executive.
Additionally, this candidate is responsible for driving the business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
Responsibilities
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Managing the execution of the marketing plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of the marketing budget.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the brands.
Capture and communicate customer feedback to enhance product marketability and customer relations. Investigate customer feedback to identify needs and provide research and creative ideas to realize solutions for those needs.
Manage and direct internal sources and external agencies/vendors to successfully navigate all phases of product marketing including, but not limited to related planning & project timelines, creative development, advertising, public relations, product launches, special events, and trade and consumer promotions within budget parameters.
Develop a pipeline of high quality qualified leads for the sales department to close on.
Keep in touch with the market to advise management of current trends, market shifts and needs.
Create, promote and administer Website and E-Commerce Stores that support marketing outreach to dealers, sales reps and consumers.
Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns that effectively demonstrate product value, functionality, programs/pricing, company background, and effective sales methodologies.
Assist with the development of reporting framework to measure and communicate sales & Marketing performance results.
Analyze and manage performance data leveraging key systems like marketing automation, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.
Evaluate execution during and after campaign launch to determine ROI and identify improvements.
Continually search for new, industry-specific opportunities to ensure relevant and strategic positioning of the brand.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to track product sales and maximize product sell-thru.
Make changes to the website from the back-end as required.
Prepare sales quotes for customers using designated format.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Managing the contact database and lead generation activities using CRM
Communicating with clients: receiving marketing calls and emailing clients.
Direct marketing visits.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate with a five year working experience in sales, marketing and Digital marketing.
Candidate must have the ability to plan, direct and coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities as well as long term marketing strategy for the company.
