Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
- We seek to employ Customer Service Supervisors that are exemplary to teach our service relationship officers to deliver customer service that is exceptional.
- Assessing and overseeing relationship officers' activities so as to be able to provide regular performance-related feedback.
- Planning and monitoring daily activities of customer service department.
- Assisting relationship staff with duties where required.
- Take part in training staff in areas of customer service as well as company's policies.
- See to managing cashier coverage while also allowing customers flow so as to ensure proficient customer service is provided.
- Monitoring as well as authenticating exchanges, returns and voids.
- See to investigate and ensure proper resolution of relationship officers' complaints.
- Assisting in the development as well as implementation of customer service policies while also explaining these to other staff and customers as well.
- See to the maintenance of documentation that have to do with customer service department.
- Performing other responsibilities where needed.
- First degree of equivalent in Social Science courses.
- Two or more years of work experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in customer service tasks and knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
- Good and proficient computer skills.
- Good knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Good communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Proficient in telephone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills.
