We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic and Motion Designer

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Work with internal stakeholders to design and produce compelling graphics
• Own and manage assigned projects; keeps stakeholders informed of developments, delivers on deadlines and checks in with mentor in case of bumps
• Enforce brand standards and help us find new ways to effectively communicate brand mission and values
• Drive initiatives to conduct tests and validate assumptions
• Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements
• Prepare rough drafts according to requirements
• Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations
• Refine designs with illustration software
• Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept
• Animated Videos:MP4, GIF and any other format
• Format images using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex shapes
• Participate in design briefs with clients, editors and/or marketers to identify their needs
• Ensure that printed illustrations meet quality and color standards
• Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new ideas, patterns and styles
• Stay up to date with new design techniques and software

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Creative Arts or similar disciplines
• 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Graphic Designer in an Advertising or Marketing Communication Organization
• Ability to conceptualize complex concepts and eye for detail
• Strong aesthetic, IT and conceptual skills
• Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
• Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen)
• Creativity and Artistic talent with a knack for storytelling
• Strong Teamwork & Communication skills
• Patient and able to concentrate for long periods
• Core interest in art and design
