Job Title: Senior React Frontend Developer

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll epitomize ownership for building cool products that would delight our customers. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.
• A Front-End Web Developer in eTranzact is someone who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in an application.
• You will work with the UI/UX designer, bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides, while putting into consideration visual appeal and usability.
• We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, curious about new digital technologies and aspire to combine usability with visual design.
• Ultimately, you should be able to create a functional and attractive digital environment for our company, ensuring great user experience. You will work closely with various members of this organization to play a key role in the successful launch of applications.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the coding standards, conduct and deliverables of the team
• Deep knowledge of React
• Working knowledge of at least one CSS framework e.g. BootStrap, Materialize CSS, Semantic UI
• Use a variety of programming and markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
• Create/Build high-quality mockups and design different prototypes
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Design mobile-based features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability, coding, and troubleshooting
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Maintain applications and implement any necessary additions or enhancements
• Provide high-quality graphics and visual elements
• Deep knowledge of the fundamental frontend languages/technologies. HTML, CSS, React
• Extensive experience with architecture and design principles, building to consider maintainability, performance, security requirements and impact.
• Strong ability to problem-solve, debug, and understand pertinent performance metrics.
• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years' experience in the frontend development role
• Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, CSS3, and various content management systems
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment), with emphasis on front end design and development. The ability to interpret and implement web designs
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
