We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, IT and Business Process
- The candidate will head the IT and Business Process unit. He/She must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills.
- Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of ICT architecture and infrastructure including software, hardware and communications.
- Coordinate Review and Re-engineering of all business processes.
- Carry out documentation and automation of business processes to improve operational efficiency, CRM and service delivery.
- Maintenance and upgrade in respect of all aforementioned.
- Advice and support on ICT training for all staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years’ core experience in IT consulting.
- Experience and comfort with business analysis, requirements definition and vetting.
- Possess good negotiating and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess moral values that align with the Company’s values
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Good presentation and analytical skills
- Good supervisory and organizational skills.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must not be older than 38 years
