Job Title: Head, Business Intelligence Strategy & Innovation

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The candidate will be responsible for heading the Business Intelligence Strategy and Innovation.
• He / She must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills.

Duties

• Develop strategy and process for CRM.
• Articulate business intelligence to support business growth and service
• Work with IT to better manage interactions, communications and share information with managers and customers.
• Build effective CRM dashboards that will make useful and reliable information available.
• Transform data into usable and actionable insights and provide advisory and strategy, based on available data and industry knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent
• Master’s Degree in Economics or Statistics will be an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years core experience in market research firm, capital market research, consulting, banking, insurance.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Possess good negotiating and problem solving skills.
• Must possess moral values that aligns with the Company’s values
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Good presentation and analytical skills
• Good supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must not be older than 38 years.
