Reporting To: The Head of Unit

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient performance of the control functions, and support the Bank in its efforts to finance customers who passed the risk acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

• A good first degree or its equivalent in any analytical discipline from a reputable tertiary institution. Possession of additional professional qualification(s) will be an advantage.
• A minimum of four (4) years’ experience and a good knowledge of credit policy.
• Strong understanding of the banking structure, policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
