The Nigerian Army University Biu, Borno State; is a conventional University and currently has five faculties as follows: Faculty of Engineering Technology, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Computing, Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, and Faculty of Arts, Management and Social Science.

Job Title: Lecturer I (CONUASS 04)

Location: Biu, Borno

Departments: Languages, Management, Geography, Military History, Political Science, Sociology

Requirements

• Applicant must be a holder of Ph.D in relevant field with at least 2 years as Lecturer II plus sufficient number, (5 at least) of scholarly publications in a reputable journals and 2 edit conference proceedings. Or;
• A holder of Master's degree who have been a Lecturer II with at least 3 years University teaching experience and with at least 5 scholarly publications in a reputable Journal and 3 edited conference proceedings.

The Person:

• Excellent verbal, and written communication skill;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluating skill;
• Should not be older than Sixty (60) years by the time of appointment;
• Candidate must have exhibited in the past, considerable ability, competence, industry and moral integrity;
• Be free from any moral, social and financial embarrassment;
• Must be of good physical and mental health state.
